Sometimes in the morning I wake up with sinus issues as a whole, I have a dry mouth, itchy eyes and a stuffed up nose. In researching options for handling this on a daily basis I’ve come across a vast number of options available at Target and other main pharmacies around me. My main concern was that using a product every day if it might affect me in the long run. my schedules normally very hectic I work long hours and I do try to commit to an exercise and health routine. My father when he was very young he passed away due to health concerns and so I try my best to avoid those things and avoid that path. A pastime of mine is to go camping on weekends, and so those mornings within the forest are not the best due to the lovely and very realistic part of nature.
Some options included from pills to nasal sprays and some sort of sinus flushes. I have tried Afrin two weeks ago which is nice however researching more about a friend I’ve noticed that it is a medicated and then using it everyday is not necessarily suggested. Nasacort was another one I used a few weeks ago but again it is medicated. Making sure I knock out all of my priorities and still handle what I need to handle, I went for this new product on target shelves called Oxy Bump.
It is supposed to be a nasal spray that is not medicated and has oxygen-infused within the product so that it can give you a boost as opposed to just using a simple saline spray. I started using it yesterday and it did overall help my situation for this morning. I have been researching the products and there is a few fitness people that do you recommend things like that in terms of a holistic manner or preventitive manner and it can be used back to back which is ultimately what I wanted.
Even though they’re on what it seems a big change they don’t necessarily mass-market everyone which is I guess a double-edged sword in itself, however it goes to show that they have loyal customers.
I will be using this product for the next few months and I will keep you posted as it comes along however I’ve seen nothing major in terms of grogginess or particular side effects from what I’ve seen in Afrin and a few other medicated sprays.
Learning a little bit more about the product Oxy Bump, oxygen does have a very positive effect on overall health procedures and so forth. I hope to see a more pharmaceutical-grade product with oxygen-infused in them however this may work for now.
