  • Look After Your Vascular Health – Our arteries in our heart, brain and penis are adversely affected due to hypertension, high cholesterol and blood sugar. High triglycerides can also damage them that often lead to sexual intercourse problems. Defective vascular system can be set right with tuning up and changes in lifestyles and medications too. 
  • Meditation And Medication – Regular simple meditation can also be much helpful in maintaining your sexual system. A doctor should also be advised for proper medicines if any male suffers from ED.
