Workout Routine Of Lazar Angelov

Everyone wants a physic like Lazar Angelov as he is one of most popular fitness models in this recent era. Most of us know that he was a professional basketball player, but after that also joined the army for a very short period. But, then he decided to make a great physique and so, he concentrated entirely on physical fitness. Currently, he is working as a model in different fitness brands like Nike and also provide personal training to different people. Due to his aesthetic physic, he is a very much well-known celebrity in the fitness community today.

Different Principles of Workout:

If you look for the Lazar Angelov Workout, then you can find that it consists heavy resistance training, and you also have to maintain a good form. He likes to work out on different muscle group every day and continues it for six times in a week. He also mixes all of his exercises in a great manner like bench press, squats or dead lifts. Besides this, he also maintains a proper diet chart and also takes different supplements which give him a paper thin skin along with lean muscle. Lazar Angelov has a set of workout schedule and does these exercises, multiple times in a week for proper burnout. He also takes a proper rest when he feels that his body needs some time to recover. He has an ectomorph body type, so he limits the aerobic exercises which he does during the daytime. He prefers to go for jogging in a park instead of doing that in the gym unless it is really cold outside. He tries to mix up the cardio training with high-intensity interval training and also avoids those trainings which requires a lot of his arm movement because it can lead him to a loss of his muscle mass. He always focuses on the speed during his cardio training but not in the length and he tries to spend no more than 20 minutes of cardio training.

Diet Plan:

The body fat ratio of Lazar Angelov varies from 3% to 12%, and it depends on the season as in the winter season he bulks up due to his health reasons. His diet chart comprises of six to seven meals in a whole day. According to him, if you follow Lazar Angelov Workout, then you should eat in every 2 hours and each meal the average amount of protein must be 35 grams. He always tries to avoid ketogenic diets because those can cause the loss of muscle mass. So he always mixes his protein sources with low carbohydrate sources or else he tries to go on a carbohydrate cycling diet. Thus he can maintain his muscle density. But if you add more carbohydrate in your diet, then it will reduce the speed at which your body fat burns. He also takes different supplements for different minerals and also for the vitamins. Lastly, according to him if you want to see the success then you have to consistent with your training program along with the diet, and you should not give up by losing patience.
